William L. Bainbridge, Ph.D., FACFE, is a forensic education expert with extensive experience in school related accidents, incidents, sexual abuse & educational evaluation for child custody. He has been qualified as an education standards/policy expert in over 30 states. Dr. Bainbridge has more than 20 years experience auditing school systems & documenting educational standards of care & designing/analyzing/reporting research involving school effectiveness.

He currently serves as President & CEO of the SchoolMatch® Institute & as a Distinguished Research Professor at The University of Dayton. Since 1986 he has been a consultant to over 1000 organizations including law firms, school systems, corporations & government agencies. He is the former superintendent of three school districts in Ohio & Virginia & served on the executive staff of the Ohio Department of Education & Professor for the National Academy for School Executives.
